Four function rooms and surrounding foyers vary in capacity and size and can be customized for your needs. Each room has its own character from stylish classic to sleek modern. Each can be used separately or in combination to host events with up to 2500 guests. All rooms feature light and sound facilities plus wireless internet.  

The stages, in the Main Hall and Recital Hall, can be used for musical entertainment during your conference or dinner. You can even put your guests in the spotlight and dine on stage. 

The Royal Concertgebouw offers hospitality at the highest level and they can provide in-house catering, or they also work with a number of renowned caterers and they can advise you in your choice of caterer.  The Hall also works with the best in audio-visual suppliers. 

For your convenience, opposite the Concertgebouw is the Q-park garage Museumplein where your guests can park at a discounted rate. The venue is also easily accessible by public transport.
